Situated in the heart of Woolacombe on a peaceful street just moments from the village centre, this charming property enjoys an enviable location only 200 yards from the award-winning beach. Woolacombe, set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offers an excellent range of amenities including welcoming pubs, independent cafés, surf schools, boutique shops and family-friendly eateries, all within easy walking distance. The village park is just 200 feet away and provides a safe and convenient space for younger children, while the nearby playing fields and skate park offer plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun. There is also riding stables and Pilates studio nearby. For those keen to explore further afield, the stunning North Devon coastline is on the doorstep, with the popular beaches of Croyde and Saunton nearby, as well as the South West Coast Path, Exmoor National Park and the historic market town of Barnstaple.
Inside, the property offers a welcoming and contemporary open-plan living space on the ground floor, featuring wooden flooring, spotlights and French doors out to the decking.
