About this cottage rental
The property is located on a quiet Tenby side street, just 350m from South Beach and 300m from the famous walled town. South Beach offers an expanse of golden sand and a convenient bar and restaurant right on the beach. In the walled town, you will find plenty of independent shops and cafes to choose from plus access to the town's iconic harbour.
As you enter the property you are invited into a small hallway with stairs leading to the first floor. Through the hallway, you will enter the cosy, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. There is a comfortable three-seater sofa and separate armchair to relax while watching your favourite programmes on the HD Smart TV with built-in Netflix. The dining table is set for four to enjoy a board game or a meal together as a family. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine, plus all your other basic cooking utensils and crockery are included, so rustle up a hearty breakfast to start your day or make a picnic to take the beach. Also located on the ground floor is a convenient WC. Upstairs on the first floor, you will find the two bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom benefits from a king-size bed and the second bedroom which has a TV, offers up twin single beds making this ideal accommodation for families or friends travelling together. The contemporary bathroom is equipped with a bath with an overhead shower and WC.
Externally there is an enclosed courtyard garden with a patio, outdoor seating and decorative plants. It is the perfect spot to unwind after a day out at the beach or exploring the coastal path. To the front, there is driveway parking for one car with an outdoor power point so an EV vehicle can be slow charged.
