The Space
4 bedrooms and 3 full baths with a showstopper pool and resort-like backyard! The open living/dining/kitchen overlooks the pool and mountains, anchored by a gas fireplace and a large sectional with plenty of seating. The dining table expands to seat 8. Two primary suites — one in the south wing, the second alongside three more bedrooms in the north wing- give everyone room to spread out.
Sink into the newly renovated, oversized pebble-tech pool, fire up the outdoor grill, and watch the sunset over the mountains from a hammock or the raised fire-pit deck.
The larger than typical outdoor area also has plenty of covered patio space, with lounge furniture, ceiling fans, and outdoor dining plus a fire feature on the raised wood deck as well as pool loungers for sunning. There’s even real grass to cool your feet!
Guest Access
Guests enjoy access to the entire property. The driveway fits up to 4 vehicles, and street parking is free. There is no garage.
Other Things to Note
During summer months, thermostats cannot be set below 72 degrees — a comfortable indoor temp when it's 105–120 outside.
This home is vape/smoke-free.
The Pool Heating Fee is $79/night (there is no spa/hot tub); Pool Heating is recommended from late October through early June.
Palm Springs requires ALL short-term rentals to follow these city rules:
Primary Renter must be 25+ and must provide a copy of ID.
Max 2 people per bedroom (8 adults), plus up to 2 children under 12.
Max 4 vehicles on-site (1 per bedroom).
NO OUTDOOR music 24/7; not at ANY volume (indoor music must not be audible outside).
No pets, due to the owner's allergies.
A separate rental contract is required in addition to the booking platform's contract.
