The traditional coastal town of Swanage has a great range of independent shops, cafes and restaurants lining its sandy beach. The town has a backdrop of rolling hills, making it a great choice for those wishing to walk. The South West Coast Path, Ballard Down, and Durlston Country Park are all within easy reach. A steam railway line runs from Swanage to the charming village of Corfe Castle, which is home to castle ruins in the care of the National Trust as well as picture-postcard streets to explore. You can enjoy visiting the many attractions that are within 14 miles, including Monkey World, The Tank Museum, RSPB Arne, Studland, Tyneham village, and the walled town of Wareham.
Set on the second floor of an apartment building newly built in 2022, this contemporary property is accessed via a shared staircase. Once inside, you are met with a generous hallway with the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner leading off it. Due to the setting within the eaves, there are areas of restricted head height throughout the property, especially the bedrooms, where care should be taken when moving around the beds.
The property is accessed through a shared path from the parking area to the rear, which has an off-road space for one car. There is no outdoor space, however, green spaces and the beach are within walking distance.
