With this cosy, coastal apartment practically touching the beach, there’s not much more you could want from a romantic seaside getaway. After days wandering the sandy shores of Croyde Bay or a fabulous coastal walk to the cliffs of Baggy Point about a mile from the property, why not take a trip to the village centre (about a mile) to enjoy the cafes and pubs on offer or have a quick browse in the surf shops or grab a lovely ice cream. Enjoy a day at Watermouth cove and have a go at coasteering or paddleboarding. Walkers will be spoilt for choice with the South West Coastal path on your doorstep.
Entering this 3-bed apartment on the first floor you will be able to leave your sandy shoes and walk into the lounge where you can sit and relax on the comfortable sofas and watch a movie on the TV, or sit back and enjoy the sea views. The kitchen/diner has everything you need including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and microwave to cook up a big breakfast to start the day before you step out onto the beach and enjoy a day of activities. There are three comfortable bedrooms, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. Completing this property is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.
Step out onto your private balcony with seating. There is a communal area laid to lawn for BBQs and benches to picnic on and watch the sunsets. There is also free parking .
