With the property located right on the beach, there are loads of opportunities to enjoy the sand, sea and sun, and if you fancy exploring beaches further afield, why not pay a visit to the beautiful stretch of Woolacombe to the north or Saunton Sands to the south, both just over 5 miles away. Golfers can take advantage of the link course at Saunton and there are plenty of opportunities for stunning coastal walks and bike rides from the doorstep. The Tarka Trail can be accessed from the village of Braunton (5.5 miles) which offers miles and miles of safe pathways, ideal for children.
