From the apartment, stroll down to the stunning sandy beach, which is lined with colourful beach huts and boasts clean, calm water. Relax on the soft golden sand, take a refreshing dip or hire a pedalo or kayak for the day to make the most out of this glorious setting. Afterwards, sample local fare at one of the popular bistros, seaview restaurants, traditional pubs and tearooms, or enjoy a portion of fish and chips on the sand. Durlston Castle and Country Park is just a 0.5 mile walk from the town centre and offers wonderful coastal walks, spectacular views and interesting wildlife. Other nearby attractions include the Swanage Museum, Poole and Bournemouth.
