The peaceful coastal Norfolk village of Walcott is a perfect choice for long beach walks from your doorstep whilst also benefiting from being a short distance to many other popular destinations and attractions this fantastic county offers. Cromer, famous for crab, the end of pier theatre and Amazona Zoo are just 11 miles away and families will enjoy a wonderful family day out at Great Yarmouth boasting a Pleasure Beach with a variety of rides of all kinds, crazy golf, traditional amusements and a Seal Life Centre and is just 19 miles away. Enjoy 125 miles of lock-free, scenic waterways of The Norfolk Broads best explored by boat that can be accessed just 5 miles away at Stalham.
You enter this luxury property and arrive in the hallway which straight down leads to the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area which all boast wonderful sea views through the bi-fold doors that stretch along the entire width of the rear of the property. The chef of the group will want for nothing and will feel right at home with the well-equipped kitchen that features an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. The lounge provides a fantastic place to socialise with a comfortable sofa and two arm-chairs, that surround a Smart TV. The television is managed via an Apple TV box giving you access to content and live streaming through BBC iPlayer, Channel 4, ITV, Channel 5 along with all of the Apple TV+ created shows. You can also login to your personal Netflix, Prime and other accounts that you may have so even on holiday you can still catch up on your favourite shows, but on a nice sunny day with the bi-folds open you can sit back, relax and breathe in the fresh sea breeze. When dinner time comes calling then the dining table can seat up to four guests and add to the ambience there is a wood burner (first basket of logs provided), so on a chilly dark night, you can cosy up with loved ones. When it's time for bed you have a double room with an ensuite shower room with a shower and WC and bedroom two is also a double bedroom with a shower room next door with a shower and WC.
Outside, there is an enclosed bijou decked area accessed via the bi-fold doors. You can look forward to sinking into the five-person hot tub. For the warmer evenings and al fresco dining, there is a BBQ and a large communal grass area between the property and the beach. There is private off-road parking available for two cars on the driveway to the front of the property.
