• BEDROOM 2: Featuring a double bed (140x200) with a closet, chair, and also opens onto a quiet terrace.
• BATHROOM: Featuring a bathtub, a vanity unit with double sinks, and a heated towel rail.
• SEPARATE TOILET

- Located on the 2nd floor with elevator,
- Upon arrival, you will be provided with: bed linens, bath towels, a Welcome Kit (sponge, cleaning supplies, trash bag, and toilet paper), Hygiene Kit (soap, shampoo, shower gel), and 2 coffee pods (additional items required).
-The swimming pool is secured by the mandatory safety standards in France, we decline all responsibility in the event of a serious problem and we remind parents that they are responsible for their children!

• Maintenance:
- The apartment, as well as the bedding and linens, are cleaned exclusively by professionals, before and after rental (service included).
- We provide one pair of bed sheets and one large bath towel per person. Any additional charges or damage will apply. Please notify us in advance.• Summer:
- To avoid impacting your stay or that of future guests, please ensure you remove as much sand as possible from your belongings and clothing/shoes before entering the accommodation. Please be careful not to get sand in the shower!
- Using the provided bath towels as beach towels is prohibited and may result in a penalty fee. Thank you for your understanding.
