La terrasse est superbe ainsi que la vue !! L'appartement est neuf et bien équipé (il manque éventuellement un micro onde). Idéal pour un couple avec deux enfants ( 1 lit double et 2 lits superposés). La chambre des enfants est très petite (pas de place sauf les lits) mais cela est agréable d'avoir deux espaces distincts. Le séjour est très lumineux et donne sur la mer. Emplacement idéal à 5 minutes à pied de la gare pour visiter Nice, Menton, Monaco sans utiliser de voiture. Un super U très utile dans la Marina !!! Un seul point négatif : la porte d'entrée est légère et laisse passer le bruit ambiant (trains, voitures, avions...) mais cela n'est pas pour autant gênant. La place de parking dans la Marina permet de passer un séjour sans stress. Location à recommander sans aucune hésitation.

Très belle vue. La seconde chambre est une cellule de prison inhabitable. C'est plutôt un 2 pièces. Terrasse non entretenue et non protégée du soleil. Peu de meubles et vaisselle médiocre. L'appartement est une fournaise. Ménage mal voire pas fait. Le gestionnaire de Foncia est nul. Négocier le prix ou à éviter si vous êtes plus de 2.
