About this house rental
Located in a peaceful rural area on the outskirts of Langholm in the Southern Uplands, there are spectacular Esk Valley views to enjoy here. Langholm boasts a great range of local amenities, including the Buccleuch Centre, independent shops, friendly inns and eateries. Visit the nearby tranquil Samye Ling Buddhist Centre, Rock UK adventure centre, or Kielder Water and Forest Park. You are also perfectly positioned for touring the Scottish Borders, the Lake District, Hadrian’s Wall Country and Northumberland. Excellent walking, biking and hiking routes are available from your doorstep including the Southern Upland Way and the Reiver Trails or you can enjoy fishing on the River Esk.
After entering the fully enclosed indoor courtyard from the splendid gardens, step inside this welcoming property into the hall. Move through to the light and bright lounge with its wonderful views over the gardens and surrounding countryside. Relax on the comfortable sofas after a day out exploring the beautiful local area, watch a movie on the Smart TV, and on those cooler evenings, light the roaring open fire. Next is the well-equipped kitchen, the perfect place to cook up a storm with an electric oven and hob, microwave fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading up the stairs you will find a lovely king-size bedroom with ample storage space and a cosy twin. Finally, completing the accommodation is the shower room with shower cubical and WC.
Venturing outside there is an indoor courtyard with seating and a boot room to store all your outdoor clothing. Stepping outside the courtyard, there is a garden with a seating area and a gas BBQ. There is ample off-road private parking available.
