Situated in the picturesque countryside on the outskirts of Langholm (2.5 miles) in the Southern Uplands, this location offers stunning views of the Esk Valley. Langholm boasts an array of amenities, including the Buccleuch Centre, a cultural hub hosting theatre and arts events, along with charming independent shops and inviting eateries. Explore nearby attractions such as the serene Samye Ling Buddhist Centre (21 miles), the Rock UK adventure centre (13.5 miles) and the picturesque Kielder Water and Forest (28 miles). Strategically situated for touring the Scottish Borders, the Lake District, Hadrian’s Wall country, and Northumberland, this location offers abundant opportunities for outdoor activities. Enjoy excellent walking, biking, and hiking routes along the Southern Upland Way and the River Trails, or unwind with a day of fishing on the river Esk.
