There are plenty of nature reserves to enjoy, including those at Blakeney Point (21 miles) where you can see the country’s largest grey seal colony, Snettisham (15 miles) and Titchwell (18 miles). The coast is just a short drive away, and there are plenty of beaches and seaside villages to explore, such as Wells-next-the-Sea (16 miles), Hunstanton (21 miles) and Cromer (29 miles). The famous estates of Sandringham (12 miles) and Holkham (18 miles) are within easy reach, or you could explore the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, or head east to the Norfolk Broads.

Completing the ground floor layout is a shower room with WC, ideal to revitalise those senses before you head out on more Norfolk adventures. Up the steep cottage-style staircase, you have a king-size room and a single room, both with ample storage space for any personal belongings.

Outside, you have a wonderful, enclosed area to enjoy, which is also perfect for your four-legged friends to stretch their legs. It is part gravel, part patio, with a decked area where you can dine alfresco using the furniture provided. Views of the owners’ sheep provide a fitting backdrop as you enjoy some cocktails as the sun goes down.
