A delightful property where you can stroll down to the stunning coastal path, just a short walk away. Amble to the picturesque Porthclais harbour, where you can kayak or boat straight out to sea. Also, a short walk, taking in lanes and fields, or the coastal path to the pebble beach at Porthllisky and a short drive to the sandy beach of Whitesands Bay. The property is also a short drive to activities such as coasteering, surfing, visitor attractions and a range of coastal villages. St Davids has a cathedral, bishop’s palace and an excellent range of shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants.
This delightful property has been furnished providing stylish accommodation with all the thoughtful little extras to enhance your comfort during your stay. Stepping into the property there is a welcoming hallway with a separate WC, kitchen and lounge. The compact kitchen has a electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine with a dining area to seat four. Guests will find everything they need to enjoy a delicious meal, rustled up with the local ingredients you have purchased on your travels. The lounge has comfortable sofas for a peaceful place to relax and watch your favourite programmes in the evening looking out through the patio doors into the garden. Moving upstairs to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, one double with a TV and one twin. You will find the bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.
Heading outside there is an enclosed garden, laid to lawn with a patio area, perfect for al fresco dining with garden furniture. There is also allocated off-road parking for two cars at the front of the property.
