Three miles north of the property lies Exmoor National Park, where there are scenic walking routes to suit all abilities, ranging from gentle strolls to challenging long-distance hikes. Other attractions within easy reach of the property include the expansive beach at Minehead, the cathedral city of Exeter, and the medieval village of Dunster with its ancient castle.

Approaching this property down a quiet country lane, guests will immediately appreciate the secluded surroundings which allow them to escape the stresses of day-to-day life. The homely lounge/diner at the centre of property offers a dining table seating six, comfortable seating, an electric fire, TV, and DVD. Just next to this room is the kitchen, where guests will find everything they need to make themselves at home including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. For those who need to do laundry, there is a washing machine located in a separate utility room. The property’s two bedrooms are located at either end of the property, one is a king-size and the other is a twin. One of these has an additional small room adjacent where there is space for a cot, and this room also has a handy WC and hand basin located just off from it.
