Further afield, the area around the property is rich in interesting places to visit, including Launceston Railway, Dartmoor National Park, and the beaches of North Cornwall, including those at Bude and Crackington Haven.

This charming detached property makes a wonderful base from which to explore Devon and Cornwall, offering comfortable accommodation which you will appreciate as soon as you enter. Guests will love the impressive outdoor space that this property offers, not least the private outdoor heated swimming pool with its adjacent sun terrace. Additionally, there is a generously sized, enclosed garden laid to lawn offering a BBQ, a fire pit and garden furniture, with guests also having access to the 30 acres of shared grounds, which includes a picturesque lake. There is also a games room featuring a dart board and table football.
