The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful cabin #12 on Cape Cod where comfort meets rustic charm. The cabin has wide pine floors, vaulted ceilings and a enclosed dining porch set on the edge of the woodlands. The space features a cozy private bedroom furnished with a comfortable queen bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all necessary cookware and dinnerware for preparing simple meals. The screened in porch make this cabin ideal for enjoying summer nights with privacy. Step out of the cabin onto your lovely shaded patio with a grill and hammock near by!

The studio cabin has a queen bed and a loveseat that pulls out to become a twin memory foam bed.
Linens and bedding included.
The kitchenette has all you should need for your stay. Full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, full-sized sink and counter.
A nice sized bathroom with tub/shower.
An amazing outdoor shower is attached on this cabin. Take a refreshing shower outside under the night sky!

Yarmouth Country Cabins is a campground themed family resort. Whether you are a family looking for a summer vacation, or a couple looking for a weekend retreat, Yarmouth Country Cabins could be the spot for you! All guests have access to outdoor heated outdoor pool that is salt water chlorinated for a more relaxing experience. A recreation area with ping pong table, volleyball court, and Bocci ball court. A very large playground area for kids with beach sand. There many outdoor fire pit areas where fires are hosted nightly weather permitting, bring the marshmallows for smores! Access to bicycles for exploring the local area, or just to ride around the campground. Both gas and charcoal grills are available so you can enjoy your summer evening cooking on the grill followed by a short walk to the local Ice Cream stand .2 Miles away! Hammocks, wood swings, picnic tables are located throughout the property for guests to enjoy. For larger parties or family gatherings we have a Barn and Large Pergola space available that can be rented for family cookouts, gatherings etc.. please inquire with the host if your party is interested in this! A laundry room with 2 washers and dryers is also available to guests during there stay.

Guest Access:
Private entrance to the property limits traffic creating a safe place for families to enjoy the natural surroundings. Parking for this cabin is next to cabin 11.
The Neighborhood:
Yarmouth Country Cabins is perfectly situated at 878 Massachusetts Route 28, offering guests a prime location for exploring the best of Cape Cod. You are just one mile away from stunning oceanside beaches, which are easily accessible by a long walk, a quick drive, or a leisurely bike ride using our complimentary bicycles. For those seeking entertainment, the popular Skull Island Adventure Golf, featuring a driving range and arcade, is within easy walking distance. The surrounding area is also rich with opportunities for fishing, local shopping, and various recreational activities, making this the ideal home base for your next getaway.
Getting Around:
Located just off route 28 means easy access to all the cape has to offer.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: All dogs must be leashed at all times outside. Please be courteous of others, dogs must be well trained and not disturb others during quiet hours. Dogs and Cats must have current rabies shot, and flea and tick prevention. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet applies. If bad reports from neighbors of barking and howling, you must be able to respond immediately. Guests arriving with pets may be asked to leave the property if pet is causing issues with the neighbors. There are no refunds for stays that have been asked to vacate. This is a tight spaced community. Vacationing with a pet is a big commitment and we strictly enforce this policy. Please bring good family pets. More than one pet? This will need an email from the owner that pet fee was paid and pets were disclosed to the owner inside your reservation portal. Always provide your pets breed as we screen the 10 most aggressive breeds from staying with us.

Room was very clean, we had a rainy cold Memorial Day weekend but the little gas fire place and heater provided were perfect. Would stay again, could use another mirror and maybe some hooks by the front door to hang wet jackets, oh and a hair dryer!! Other than that great stay!

The cabin was very cozy and clean and the management was very responsive. The only suggestions we have is that the bed mattress was not very comfortable and the coffee maker was old and in need of cleaning or replaced.

Heat didn’t work..had to use tiny electric ‘wood stove’ that heated only the living room. No blinds or curtains on the front door or kitchen windows. Bottom only on bathroom. Felt pretty exposed. Place was clean tho! 9 am check-out time was a bit much. Most places are 11 am. I wanted to enjoy this spot because mgmt was great at response time, but honestly? Not so much.
