Two more en-suite bedrooms sit on the third level, one opening to its own private patio. A versatile bonus room with a separate entrance gives the home extra flexibility, working just as well as a quiet office, a media den, or a spot for the group to gather — and with a twin daybed and trundle, it doubles as extra sleeping space when the group grows.

Outside is where it all comes together. The patio is set up for long, easy evenings: fire pit, BBQ, lounge seating, heat lamps for cooler nights, umbrellas for the bright afternoons, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Climb to the rooftop deck for sweeping views of the coastline, the mountains behind the city, and the lights that come up once the sun drops.

When you're ready to wander, the beachfront path is right outside for a walk or bike north toward the Venice Pier. The Venice Canals make for a scenic stroll, Abbot Kinney's boutiques and restaurants are a quick ride up, and the calm water at Mother's Beach and the harborside cafes near Fisherman's Village round out a stretch of coast that's equal parts laid-back and alive.
