With a spectacular stretch of coastline boasting golden sandy beaches, Appledore is a great base for exploring this coastline and renowned for its colourful quayside. Explore all of the independent shops in the village and enjoy a spot of crabbing on the quay. Enjoy all Appledore has to offer with a lovely sandy beach at low tide and an array of rock pools for the children to explore. Also within the village are an array of cafes, pubs and restaurants. Head further afield to the seaside village of Westward Ho!, known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge, enjoy rock pooling, playing in the surf or building sand castles. Catch the ferry to Instow and walk the lovely coastline, unique to North Devon. The landing slip right by the house is the perfect place to sea swim from. Perfect for dips in the summer and cold water enthusiasts at any time of year!

Head on up the final set of stairs to the master king-size suite, take a moment to enjoy the luxury with floor to ceiling glazed sliding doors which lead out onto a large terrace area that overlooks the sea.
