About this cottage rental
Luxury property within walking distance of the beach with its very own hot tub. This fabulous property has been stylishly fitted and furnished to provide a comfortable stay for the whole family, with two miles of golden sandy beach and amenities virtually on your doorstep making it a great base. The picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho!, known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park. The beach offers lots of free entertainment for children whether it is looking in the rock pools, playing in the surf, building sand castles or flying kites. The village also has an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, amusements and also a championship golf course.
Entering this unique reverse living house, which has luxury vinyl flooring throughout, you are met by three bedrooms, a Super King size Bed (that can be made into a twin on request) with its very own en-suite shower room and WC, a further room with King Size Bed, en-suite shower room and WC . A third bedroom also with King Size Bed. You will also find the main bathroom with a hand shower over the bath and WC. A useful large store/boot room set right by the front door, which also houses the useful washer/dryer. Head upstairs to the beautiful, vaulted open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its very own stylish wood burner, great for those ‘chilling out moments’ curled up by the fire or head out onto the balcony from the large bi-folding doors where you can relax and enjoy a spot of tea whilst looking out to sea. If you decide to stay in and cook a meal one evening there’s a large dining room as well as a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, bean to cup coffee machine and washing machine. You don’t even need to do the dishes as there is a dishwasher in the kitchen to do the work for you.
Indulge in the private hot tub within the large enclosed rear garden area. There is also a shower with hot water, ideal for rinsing off wetsuits, boards, etc. There is also a patio area with garden furniture and BBQ, and a lockable shed for storing bikes and boards with a drying rack and beach ‘bits and bobs’ for the guests enjoyment. Also a summerhouse with garden decking area.
