About this cottage rental
This property is located on a family run farm and is just four miles from the nearest beach at Buck Mills, also with easy access to both Devon and Cornwall coasts. Head towards the coast to be spoilt for choice with an array of expansive sandy beaches and delightful fishing villages, including ever popular Bude and Clovelly. From here you can explore the area on foot, via the South West Coast path or take a day trip to Lundy Island. Other attractions and activities in the area include Hartland Quay, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way adventure parks, RHS Rosemoor Gardens and Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks.
Stepping inside, you will immediately find yourself in the utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer and a WC. From here, a couple of steps take you down into the beautiful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is well-equipped with electric range oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Relax in the cosy lounge with wood burner after a day of exploring the area and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV with Netflix. An open-tread staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find the two bedrooms, a king-size with en-suite shower room with WC and a twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request), both with exposed beams and TV. Completing this stylish accommodation is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Heading outside, you find a lovely enclosed garden with patio and lawn area with garden furniture and BBQ, perfect for a spot of al fresco dining. Also, in the garden is a private hot tub, great for relaxing after your meal. There is also space to park one car directly outside the property and further parking is available nearby if needed. Further to this, guests are also able to visit the owners’ 90 acre farm and meet the animals.
