Set near a main road with excellent access to both counties, Kitts Cottage offers a private entrance, off-road parking, and its own enclosed garden — perfect for morning coffees or summer barbecues as the sky turns gold. Inside the cottage is full of warmth and charm; with low ceilings throughout, a glowing wood burner, and a well-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher. The bathroom is conveniently situated on the ground floor, while upstairs you’ll find two cosy bedrooms — one double and one twin — designed for quiet nights after busy, happy days.
A large separate utility room provides secure storage for surfboards, bikes, or walking gear. Your own washing machine and tumble dryer means that you can always be clean and dry. Outside, children may play freely on the climbing frame, and guests may enjoy meeting and helping to feed the resident animals by arrangement with the owners.
