Welcome to Between Tides — a beach retreat in one of New Jersey`s best shore towns. Unit B sleeps up to 6 across two bedrooms — a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds — plus a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, central AC, and WiFi throughout. One dedicated parking spot is included, with free street parking available for extra vehicles.
Seaside Park is the hidden gem of the Jersey Shore — peaceful residential streets and beautiful, uncrowded beaches, just one block from 9th Avenue Beach and Barnegat Bay. You`re a short walk to the sand, about a mile from the rides and boardwalk energy of Seaside Heights, and minutes from the undeveloped coastline of Island Beach State Park. A true neighborhood feel with the best of the Shore close by.
We want everyone — you, your neighbors, and future guests — to have a great experience. A few things we ask:

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. This is a residential neighborhood with families and long-term residents.
No smoking inside the unit.
No parties or large gatherings. Maximum 6 guests as listed in your reservation.
Pets: Not allowed.
Parking: Stay within your designated spot. Do not block other units or the driveway.
Damages: Please report anything broken or damaged right away — accidents happen and we don`t penalize for honesty. Unreported damage will be charged after checkout.
