Modern beach home recently renovated just steps to the ocean! You will love this home with all the amenities for luxurious beach living. This unique home features separate living areas; perfect for two families who want privacy and extra space but want to be under one roof! The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a bright and sunny front porch, modern living room with flat screen smart tv and comfortable furnishings. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, glassware, and full appliance package. Large bedrooms are a plus, and beautiful hardwood flooring throughout makes cleaning a breeze. The lower unit has a separate entrance and features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a den, livingroom, and modern kitchen. 4 beach badges included for upper unit and 4 badges for lower unit, gas grill, and a great rear yard perfect for entertaining! This home has Roku and UTube Tv for guest enjoyment.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was clean and very convenient to get to beach and boardwalk. Dryer didn’t appear to have heat and listing said house had cable tv but it was only Roku.
