The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar with stools, a Nespresso machine, an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and everything needed to cook with ease. A round dining table provides a welcoming place to gather, connect, and linger over good food.
Spend your time outdoors across multiple inviting spaces. The upper deck pairs outdoor dining and comfortable seating with panoramic views across the Derwent River and surrounding hills, perfect for morning coffee, alfresco meals, or sunset drinks. Below, the covered deck features a gas BBQ and outdoor lounge nestled among leafy gardens, while the generous lawn provides space for children to play.
Each bedroom is fitted with its own wall panel heater for added comfort during cooler months. The primary and fourth bedrooms both open onto the lower deck, with the primary also featuring a queen bed, private TV, and ensuite. The second bedroom offers a king bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each include a queen bed. Two full bathrooms complete the home, including the ensuite with a bath and shower combination and a main bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A concealed laundry with a washing machine adds convenience for longer stays. Parking for two vehicles is available in the driveway and carport.

In under ten minutes by car, you'll reach nearby beaches and popular dining destinations, including Boardwalk Bistro, Longhorn Smokehouse, The Point Revolving Restaurant, Kwan Ho Restaurant, and Seagrass Long Point. Hobart's CBD and Salamanca Markets are all just a short drive away, making Mount Nelson a peaceful base for exploring the city's dining, shopping, and harbourside attractions.
