About this house rental
Spacious, recently renovated (2022) vacation home located in Medina de Pomar. The home is situated on a 3,000 m² property, ideal for enjoying and sharing a few days of relaxation with family and/or friends while surrounded by nature. It features several rooms and can comfortably accommodate
up to 6 people.
The Space
The house is in an excellent location where you can enjoy privacy and tranquility in every room. The property is surrounded by a living hedge of Leyland cypress trees along the entire perimeter of the estate.
The 60 m² private pool is one of the most attractive and peaceful spots on the property, surrounded by a garden and equipped with lounge chairs. The pool has a telescopic cover with UV protection that can be opened for sunbathing. It also features pleasant lighting so you can enjoy it at night as well.

- Private parking on the property for up to 4 cars with an automatic gate.
- Tennis court with night lighting.
- Furnished gazebo overlooking the garden and pool.
- Built-in barbecue located next to the gazebo and the pool.
- Relaxation areas with hanging chairs
and hammocks, ideal for unwinding and leaving stress behind, enjoying a good book, listening to the sounds of nature, birdwatching, meditation, or taking a nap. You’re sure to find a favorite spot to brighten up your day.
