Our 115-square-meter, lovingly furnished luxury vacation home, “Blauer Peter,” is located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Zempin on the island of Usedom. Our home features 3 bedrooms on two levels and can accommodate 6 guests.
Our gorgeous home offers comfortable living on two levels, with two bathrooms, a sauna, a wood-burning stove, and a large garden. It’s also ideal for multigenerational vacations. The home also features a wall-mounted charging station, a washing machine, and a clothes dryer. High-speed internet and modern media are standard features, making it perfect for a “working vacation.”
The house features 1 spacious living and dining room with a wood-burning stove, 1 open, fully equipped kitchen, 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 sauna, 1 terrace, and a large, well-maintained garden. On the first floor, you’ll find the living/dining room, the open-concept kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and sauna, and a bedroom with a large double bed and direct access to the terrace and garden. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms—one with a large double bed and a crib, and the other with two single beds—as well as a bathroom with double sinks and a large shower.
The first floor is barrier-free and wheelchair accessible.
In the garden, you can enjoy peace and relaxation.
In the area surrounding our house, you can spot storks, wild geese, kites, falcons, and—in the evening—deer at the edge of the forest. There’s plenty of space for your dog and many places to take it for a walk. It’s just a short walk to the Achterwasser and the Achterwasser hiking trail.
