While attached to my new home, the space is fully self‑contained and independent, with no access to where I live. You’ll have your own private side entrance leading into a galley kitchenette/workspace, which flows through to a stunning bathroom and a spacious, comfortable bedroom.
The home is located in a lovely street within a newer estate. Please note, as the area is still developing, there may be some building activity nearby. Occasionally, you might hear weekday construction between 7 am and 5 pm, though most guests find it minimally disruptive.
The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and toastie maker — perfect for a coffee, light breakfast, or simple meal. While there’s no stovetop or sink, you’ll find plenty of utensils, crockery, glasses, and serving bowls for casual dining. A large benchtop doubles as a handy workspace, with a stool tucked underneath.
The bathroom is a highlight, styled with terrazzo look tiles, beautiful gold fittings, and a spacious frameless walk‑in shower.
