THE SPACE
This charming 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa is designed for comfort, privacy, and easy vacation living. The single-level layout makes it a great choice for families, multi-generational groups, and guests traveling with children.
Inside, you’ll find a welcoming semi-open living and dining area with warm wooden floors, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of natural light. The living room opens directly to the patio, pool area, and tropical garden, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow.
The indoor dining area seats 8 guests, and the spacious kitchen with a cooking island is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay. For an even more relaxed experience, private chef service may be arranged for an additional cost.
The private outdoor area is one of the highlights of the home. Enjoy a large swimming pool, tropical garden, a pool island palapa with outdoor furniture, and a separate deck for al fresco dining. The pool is not heated.
There is also a private fitness room in a small annex with a treadmill, weights, and additional workout equipment.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the private villa, swimming pool, garden, outdoor dining areas, fitness room, and parking area, as well as available areas and facilities at Cocotal Golf & Country Club.
Cocotal is a gated golf resort and residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. Facilities include a 27-hole golf course, practice facilities, clubhouse pool area, restaurant, bar, and mini market.
Separate fees may apply for resort facilities and services, including golf, practice facilities, restaurant and bar, mini market, swimming pool, sports activities, lessons, and the Rafa Nadal Tennis Center at Melia Resort. These fees are not included in the villa rental.
Please note that villa guests do not have access to the Melia/Palma Real Beach Club, which is reserved for property owners.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
A separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed to complete the booking process.
All villa guests must be registered with Cocotal Golf & Country Club before arrival. Outside guests must also be registered, and an additional fee will apply. The resort reserves the right to deny access to outside guests.
The swimming pool is not heated.
Electricity, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, towels, linens, flat-screen TVs, fitness room access, and private pool access are included with the villa.
