*** HOUSE RULES ***
1. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is after 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Please check out on time so our cleaning team has enough time to prepare the home for the next guests.
2. Child Safety / Pool Alarm
The pool is equipped with a floating pool alarm for added child safety. Guests are required to keep the alarm in the pool and active at all times when the pool is not in use.
If the alarm is disabled, silenced, or removed during pool use, guests must re-enable it and return it to the pool immediately after use. A responsible adult must supervise children at all times. The pool alarm is a safety aid only and does not replace direct adult supervision.

Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco or marijuana products is not allowed inside the home or the garage.
4. No Parties or Events
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
5. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

Pets are only allowed with prior approval and must be included in the reservation. A maximum of two medium-sized dogs are permitted. NO CATS are allowed.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and preventing any damage to the home, yard, furniture, linens, and hardwood floors. Please ensure dogs do not scratch or damage the flooring.
9. Parking
No street parking is permitted. All vehicles must be parked in the private garage or driveway only. Parking on the lawn or any landscaped area is strictly prohibited.
A maximum of four vehicles is allowed on the property at any time.

Trash collection days are Mondays and Wednesdays. Recycling collection is on Wednesdays. Guests are responsible for placing the appropriate bins outside the night before collection and bringing them back in after they have been emptied.
Before check-out, guests must remove all food, drinks, and personal items from the home, including the refrigerator, freezer, pantry, cabinets, and countertops.
