This home is equipped with outdoor security cameras (front driveway and backyard) for safety purposes only. The property may also use noise monitoring devices that detect high noise levels but do not record audio.
Breaking any house rules—such as having unregistered guests, hosting parties, engaging in illegal activity, smoking indoors, or violating quiet hours—may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Please help us maintain a great experience for guests and neighbors.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No open flames or candles indoors
• Thermostat must be set between 69°F and 78°F
• Keep doors/windows closed to prevent pests (Florida climate)

The property exceeded our expectations. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was a lot of thought into the needs of the guests. My daughter graduated college, to celebrate we brought the entire family on vacation. 13 family members and a dog. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Fully stocked with beach/pool towels and beach equipment. That definitely helped us save on space and cost. The back yard was amazing, the kids and grown ups had a blast. Josh the host was great with communication ensuring all expectations were met. I would definitely stay here again.
