Welcome to Two Beaches Boutique Suites—a light-filled retreat in Ucluelet’s Reef Point Estates. Built in 2025 with a minimalist Scandi design, this bright 400 sq ft suite features dramatic 22ft ceilings and a handcrafted Douglas fir loft bed. Refresh in the walk-in rain shower and enjoy a private cedar deck. Steps from two beaches and the Wild Pacific Trail. Includes a streamlined kitchenette and a dedicated Level 2 EV charger. The ideal quiet getaway for two.
About this space:
Two Beaches Boutique Suites—a light-filled, tranquil retreat designed for two. Tucked away in the quiet Reef Point Estates, this suite pairs clean minimalist design with the natural beauty of the West Coast. The space features eleven-foot ceilings, heated concrete floors, and a private cedar deck surrounded by coastal forest. We are directly adjacent to the Wild Pacific Trail and just 200 metres from two local beaches.
The Design:
Minimalist and bright. Expansive picture windows flood the space with natural light, highlighting the architectural eleven-foot ceilings and heated concrete floors. The walls feature original artwork from local studios.
The Bedroom:
Elevated within the 22-foot volume of the space, the handcrafted Douglas Fir loft bed features an Endy mattress and premium linen duvets. A note about the loft bed: The loft bed is reached by a steep, narrow set of stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with difficulty climbing stairs or with limited mobility or balance. Please consider this when deciding whether the loft is the right fit for your stay.
The Bathroom:
An en-suite bathroom complete with an invigorating walk-in rain shower and thoughtful amenities.
The Kitchenette:
A streamlined space ideal for preparing light meals, coffee, and snacks. Includes a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, mini-fridge, and a selection of glassware and essentials. (Please note: there is no oven/stove or microwave, making it best suited for simple preparation).
The Deck:
A private 100sq ft cedar deck that opens to the coastal vegetation, perfect for quiet mornings or unwinding after a day of exploring. The landscaping on this side of the house is still a work in progress, with new vegetation gradually filling in and maturing. We appreciate your patience as it grows in and helps create the natural privacy and garden setting we envision for the space.
Location & Amenities:
Walk 5 minutes to Little Beach and Terrace Beach, or access the Wild Pacific Trail Lighthouse Loop right from our doorstep. A 15-minute walk brings you to downtown Ucluelet’s cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores.
The Property:
The suite occupies an elevated wing of a 3,500 sq ft custom architectural home. Separated from the main living quarters by an artist studio, the suite features its own fully private entrance and deck, offering a secluded and quiet footprint. Groups of up to six can look into booking our three separate onsite suites together (Yellow, Blue, and Loft).
