Ucluelet is a small seaside town surrounded by wilderness, please do not leave any food or garbage outside! There is also a majestic family of eagles located in the large tree above so please be mindful of small children and pets.
★ THE DRIVE TO UCLUELET ★
Portions of the drive to Ucluelet have limited reception and limited gas stations or stores. Plan to fill up in Port Alberni - the last major hub for your grocery/supply/restaurant needs before you reach the town. You can also get groceries and gas in town when you arrive.

My husband and I (and our large dog) were thoroughly impressed with our stay in this cabin! It was such a functional, well-built space with ample room for everyone, and also had lovely, unique touches like the bath tub by the window and well/thought out privacy despite other cabins nearby. The view was exactly as advertised and the bed was perhaps the most comfortable of any we have ever had in a rental place - especially combined with ocean breeze and gentle sound of waves at night, it made for amazing sleeps. The check-in/check out couldn’t have been easier. We had the best week staying here, we’ll be back!

This is a very sweet and well-appointed cabin. We cooked every meal for 4 days and found the kitchen has all that we needed (not always the case on short stay rentals). The furniture is quite comfortable and everything worked well. The one disappointment is that the view shown on the website is no longer the view you will have. A large tree fell over right in front of the cabin porch and the root ball obscures much of the view, especially when you are sitting down. Unless the property management removes it, the view will be partially blocked for the foreseeable future.
