About this house rental
Newly renovated detached villa located within the secure, 24-hour gated Mar Menor Golf Resort. Ideal for families, golfers, and groups looking for a private, fully equipped base.
Climate Control:
4 individual air conditioning units (located in the lounge and in each bedroom).
Living Space: Open-plan living/dining room with Wi-Fi and direct garden access.
Kitchen: Fully equipped for self-catering.

Swimming Pool: Private pool located directly in the back garden. Optional Pool Heating: Pool heating is available upon request from mid-September through May for €185 per week (or €30 per night for stays under 7 nights). Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to arrival if you would like this activated.

On-Site Golf: Championship 18-hole Jack Nicklaus design course.
Resort Facilities: Walking distance to the resort's 5-star hotel, driving range, padel/tennis courts, gym, and restaurants.
Off-Site Dining: Quick access to the bars and restaurants at "El Boulevard" just outside the resort gates.
The Beach: 10–15 minute drive to the calm beaches of the Mar Menor (Los Alcázares).
Arrival, Fees & Support
Mandatory Property Fee: Please note there is a €120 fee payable locally on to our Key Holder. This covers the professional cleaning, fresh linen, and towels for your stay.
Check-In: Managed by a local professional key holder or key box for a smooth arrival.
