This villa, completely renovated in 2026 in Landes pines by passionate carpenters, offers immediate proximity to the beach thanks to direct access to the current and the ocean, great for paddle and swimming enthusiasts. In a peaceful setting with a refined decoration this beautiful cabin will seduce you with its character, its beautiful covered terraces, its secure swimming pool with a shutter.
It is ideal for a large family or friends (Max capacity 8 adults +4 children).
The accommodation
The living room is spacious with a cathedral ceiling which gives it a typical Landes charm, The kitchen is entirely open to the dining room (large table of 3m long/1.10m wide for 12 guests) as well as to the living room.
The whole is adjoining a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, second fridge and freezer.
The bedrooms are equipped with double bed.
Master bedrooms 1 on the first floor: 180 x 200 cm bed.
Bedroom 2 on the first floor: bed 160 x 200 cm
Bedroom 3 on the first floor: bed 160 x 200 cm
Bedroom 4 on the 1st floor: bed 180 x 200 cm or 2 x (90 cm x 200cm) + a sofa bed 140 cm.
