This is in the heart of Copenhagen, 150 meters from City Hall. 50 meters from the Latin Quarter, 300 meters to Tivoli and 200 meters to "Strøget". It is close to train, bus and metro.
Vester Voldgade leads you directly to the waterfront and the walk takes approx. 10 minutes.

Great, nice and modern "egoistic apartment" of 106 m2 located in the heart of Copenhagen. The apartment is located 150 meters from City Hall Square.
The apartment includes the following:
From the entrance you enter a large kitchen / dining room in New Yorkerstil. You can go directly from the living room to a half roofed south-facing roof terrace of approx 16m2. Large bedroom with double bed and modern combined toilet / bathroom.
The apartment has the following facilities:
Wifi, Stereo, TV with international channels, DVD, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
The apartment has a fantastic light from both the doors to the terrace and the windows. At the windows you are looking at the statues on the building.
The apartment is on the 5 floor of the property without an elevator.
We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.
Double bed: 140 x 200 cm
The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, High chair, Late Arrival.

Excellent communication leading up to stay. Easy check in process. Clean, modern, and large. Fully equipped kitchen. Cozy balcony. Washer and dryer in bathroom. Great location with easy walking to/from attractions, neighborhoods, restaurants, and public transportation.
Note that it is on the fifth floor as stated in the description. Payment was done through external website, not Expedia or VRBO. No body wash was provided so we just used the shampoo. Floorboards were creaky and you can hear some street noise. None of these would stop us from staying again though. The property was excellent!

My husband and I visited Copenhagen for a long weekend and found this VRBO perfectly located to restaurants, shopping, parks, and sight seeing. We booked a Bike Tour with Baja Bikes which was right beside the apartment entrance. We were greeted by the management company who showed us the gate access and made us feel comfortable in the apartment. We really appreciated this level of hospitality since we were from the US and not that familiar with Copenhagen. The apartment is modern, cozy and clean. We would have enjoyed staying here for several more days.
One tip I would offer is to keep in mind that the apartment is on the top floor. We enjoyed the view of the city from atop the spires and got our exercise going up five flights of steps.

We stayed for 4 nights and found the apartment exceeded our expectations. The stairs are a bit of a killer but the reward worth it. Spacious and extremely comfortable.
There was some city center noise, as you would expect, but it didn’t disturb us. The outside space was very pretty and a welcome addition on the hot day we had.

The bedroom is a peaceful retreat. The plush bed ensures a good night’s sleep, and the soft lighting adds to the ambiance. Wake up to the gentle hum of the city outside your window.
The rooftop garden terrace was a welcome bonus offering a small oasis in the city.
The hosts are friendly and accommodating. They provided clear instructions for check-in and easily accommodating our late arrival due to a flight delay.
Ultimately, this apartment offers an authentic Copenhagen experience. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, you’ll find this cozy retreat to be a true gem. Book it without hesitation!
