The Accommodation
Maison 1901 is a boutique guesthouse with authentic character. Here, the charm of a historic building meets modern comfort—deliberately unique rather than boringly generic. We purchased this 1901 city villa in 2025 and have since been transforming it, with great attention to detail, into a special place for anyone looking for more than just standard accommodations.
In this historic setting, you’ll stay in a unique suite on the first floor. This stately room exudes the authentic atmosphere of a historic building, with high ceilings, stucco, and a striking design concept. The absolute highlight is the freestanding bathtub right in the room—perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. A private, separate restroom with a sink is integrated directly into the room.

Premium Kitchen: Fully equipped communal kitchen (stove, refrigerator, pots, dishes) including coffee, tea, and culinary essentials right from the start. You’ll share it with the other guests in the house.
Dining Area: A spacious dining area for socializing, eating, and getting to know each other.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are available free of charge in the basement.
Additional Services: A professional room cleaning service (including bathroom and beds) can be booked on an as-needed basis. Cleaning supplies such as a vacuum cleaner and mop are otherwise available to you at any time free of charge.
