About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this terraced house for rent in Albitreccia. Situated within a gated estate, it has a floor area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests.
It comprises a 20 m² living area, a fitted kitchenette, two bedrooms and a shower room. We’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with a sofa and a dining table
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a bunk bed (a double bed at the bottom, 140×190, and a single bed at the top, 90×190)
First floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a TV
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, fan, electric barbecue
Outside:
- An east-facing balcony (3 m²)
- A shaded, east-facing terrace (15 m²) with a table, chairs and two sun loungers.
The house is ideally situated in Albitreccia, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Activities:
- Petanque court within the residential complex
- Nearby beaches: Agosta beach, Ruppione beach, Isolella beach, Mare e Sole beach
- Water sports
- Walks: walk around the Isolella peninsula,
the Myrte Trail, Sant’Amanza
Heritage: the village of Albitreccia, St Catherine’s Church, the Genoese Tower of Isolella

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park (unallocated spaces) at the residence, which is secured by a barrier (1 vehicle).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest port: Ajaccio, 20 km (about 30 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte, 15 km away (about 20 minutes by car)
To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
Further notes:
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- Pets are allowed free of charge. Only one pet (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking
- The stairs leading upstairs are steep.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
