About this house rental
Come and recharge your batteries in a pleasant air-conditioned downstair-conditioned villa T2 (60m2-1 bedroom) or T3 (72 m2 with extra bedroom with supplement). Rental in the countryside with sea view, close to all amenities, between Ajaccio and Porticcio............
The T2 can accommodate 5 people and is composed as follows:
-1 fully equipped kitchen (large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, pyrolysis oven....)
- 1 living room with TV, sofa + 1 sofa bed 140
-1 bedroom of 14m2 (1 bed in 160 + 1 bz in 80/200)
-1 bathroom (large shower)
-1 Wc................... If you want more space or privacy, you can also enjoy an extra bedroom (without window) of 12m2 with 1 queen size bed, tv, cupboard, fan) ....THIS OPTION IS TO BE PAID ON SITE (from 13 to 20€/night-60 to 100€/week) and transforms the T2 into a T3 of 72m2. This room is adjoining the kitchen. ………………… It's up to you to choose if you want 1 bedroom (rates on calendar), or 2 bedrooms (with supplement to be paid directly on site)——-terrace of 45m2 facing west, not overlooked with private garden and sea and countryside view.
Access to the rental is independent, private fenced parking
The villa is located 1km2 from the center of BASTELICACCIA where you will find everything you need (shops, bakeries, restaurants....)
BASTELICACCIA is a very popular village that allows you to enjoy the calm of the countryside while being close to the beaches (Porticcio 5 km away) and the city of Ajaccio (10 km)
This privileged location will allow you to discover the riches of southern Corsica and I will be happy to advise you and receive you ..... possibility of renting a 108 petrol city car from the rental company.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans l'appartement de Monsieur Gallinatto! L'appartement est très bien équipé, spacieux, très propre, avec une magnifique vue (notamment au coucher de soleil!), et un jardin très agréable et reposant (avec en bonus une table de ping pong!). Notre séjour a été d'autant plus exceptionnel que Monsieur Gallinatto a été un merveilleux hôte très accueillant et chaleureux: toujours présent pour répondre à nos questions, il nous a aiguillé avec de multiples recommandations, il a été toujours très accommodant et réactif, et notre séjour n'aurait pas été le même sans ses conseils! Merci encore et au plaisir de vous revoir!
