The space
Welcome to Rutherford Gardens - a spacious, beautifully presented home set within a quiet residential estate on the edge of West Linton, one of the Scottish Borders' most charming villages.
The house is designed for comfort and ease. A large sitting room and separate living room offer plenty of space for guests to relax, alongside a private cinema room for film nights and a state of the art double-height gym available exclusively to guests - all included in your stay. Outside, a private terrace with seating and BBQ is ideal for morning coffee or dining al fresco when the weather allows.
Ideal for families, couples, and small groups looking for privacy and a proper base to explore. For this reason we do not host hen or stag parties, events, or parties of any kind. The lead guest must be aged 25 or over, we kindly request proof of this prior to booking.
