Perfectly tucked into the heart of Mt. Crested Butte's base area, this cozy studio puts you just moments from the Silver Queen Lift, restaurants, shops, and year-round adventure. Whether you're chasing first tracks, summer singletrack, or simply looking for a comfortable place to unwind after exploring the mountains, this condo has everything you need.

Emmons offers one of the most convenient locations at the resort base area.
• Just a short walk to the Silver Queen Lift and base area amenities
• Walk to restaurants, shops, rentals, and après-ski spots
• FREE Mountain Express Shuttle nearby for easy transportation to the Town of Crested Butte (every 15 minutes in winter, every 20 minutes in summer, every 40 minutes during shoulder seasons)
• One on-site parking space (strictly enforced)
Heads up on parking: Mt. Crested Butte has no additional overnight parking. Extra vehicles must stay in the Town of Crested Butte, where seasonal rules (like alternate-side parking for plowing) apply. The Park Crested Butte website is the best resource for up-to-date guidance.
