About this house rental
Welcome to La Maison des Pins, a renovated cocoon for 5 travelers. Nestled in a pedestrian residence, forget the car: beaches, shops, cycle paths and the Zoo are accessible on foot or by bike!
Enjoy a modern décor, new equipment (Fibre, quality bedding) and a beautiful enclosed terrace of 25 m² with plancha for your return from the beach.

The accommodation
The house can accommodate up to 5 guests.
It comprises:
• a bright living room with bay window and Velux window (with a solar roller shutter)
• a fully equipped kitchen with new equipment (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster)
• a bedroom with double bed 140x200 (blackout shutters and curtains)
• a Second bedroom on the mezzanine with 3 beds 90x190, including 2 bunk beds. There is a velux window with roller shutter and a blackout curtain in front of the staircase. Adults can stand up - just watch out for the beam at the top of the stairs.
• a bathroom with shower and toilet (equipped with a hairdryer)
• a closed terrace of 25 m² with garden table (for 6 people), garden furniture, gas plancha and cantilever parasol.
The whole house has just been renovated and all the equipment, from the kitchen to the bedding, is new.
Please note:
Be careful, a beam is located at the top of the stairs.
