-A parental suite with 1 bed of 140 a dresser, and bathroom with bathtub.
-A second bedroom with 1 double bed and chest of drawers.
-A third bedroom with 2 single beds and closet.
-A living room with convertible sofa of 140.
-A fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric oven, hob).
-A bathroom with walk-in shower accessible for disabled.
- WC.
-A garage that can accommodate bikes or a car, equipped with a washing machine and a large fridge.

A lovely house, perfect for our family stay. Very clean and well equipped. Nice garden and BBQ area. Nice quiet area, only 10 mins walk to town centre shops and restaurants, 15 mins walk to the zoo and 15 min cycle ride to beach (on cycle paths towing a one year old in trailer!) Overall a great holiday. Thank you Monsieur Varvou!
