Welcome to Lucky 13th - Unit A — a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath Jacksonville Beach home that sleeps 4, just a half block from the ocean. Walk out your front door and you are on the sand in under 2 minutes.
The unit spans the 1st and 2nd floors of a 4-unit building. Both bedrooms have queen beds, ideal for couples or families with older kids. The half-bath on the main floor means no one is waiting in line in the morning. Look for the letter "A" on the private ground-floor entrance — no shared lobbies, no elevator waits. Just unlock and unload.
The full kitchen handles real meals — oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a Keurig with coffee and tea stocked. No need to eat out every night. The in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack lighter for longer stays and come home with clean clothes. Free parking on the premises keeps the trip budget simple.
Salt Life Food Shack is a 5-minute walk for fresh seafood after a beach morning. Mellow Mushroom is also 5 minutes on foot for pizza and craft beer in the evening. For a fancier night out, Refinery Jax Beach — an oceanview dining spot — is 7 minutes away on foot. The Jacksonville Beach Pier is a 12-minute walk for fishing or watching the surfers.

Perfect stay and great location. The description and pictures are just what we found. It was clean, newly remodeled, stocked with essentials, a block from the beach, easy to find - everything you want in an out of town visit. Would definitely stay again.

We had everything we needed ❤️ close to beach, toys for people with children. Great patio and neighborhood 👌 loved having the coffee too...thanks again Mavis 😀
