Sleeping six guests across three bedrooms, it nestles near quiet Menheniot, 4.5 miles from Liskeard. Take a stroll round the village, pausing at the pretty church and the pub. Menheniot is also known for the Adrenalin Quarry, 2.5 miles from the cottage, an aquapark, with zip wires, a giant clifftop swing and other attractions for thrill seekers. Venture 8 miles to find yourselves on the fringes of beautiful Bodmin Moor, with its dramatic scenery. Visit the Golitha Falls, with its wooded trails and walks alongside the River Fowey, while you are here. The picturesque Tamar Valley is 10 miles away and the coast at Seaton is 8 miles away. Swim, paddle board and pick up the scenic South West Coast Path down here. Bustling Looe, with its shops, eateries and beaches, is 7.5 miles away.

Return from your exciting days out to enter the welcoming Cornish abode and find yourselves in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where you will immediately feel at home. Unpack any provisions you have picked up along the way. The cottage-style kitchen area has wooden work surfaces and a peninsula. Make a cup of tea and sink back into the soft seating. Chat about the adventures of the day or surf the Smart TV, looking for a boxset to stream. As the evening ends and you are ready to close your eyes for the night, amble through to the bedrooms. You'll find a double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and doors that open directly onto the garden, perfect to throw open on summer mornings. There’s also a second double bedroom with a shower over a short bath, along with a twin bedroom featuring its own shower.

Wander outside on sunny days to choose between your two lovely garden areas. Have breakfast out on the patio on fine mornings. Let the children and any pets have the freedom of the enclosed section, which has a lawn. There is private parking here for two cars.
