This unique property features an ingenious layout divided into two independent sections: a large main chalet for 6 people and an integrated ground-floor flat for 4 people, offering a total capacity ideal for large families or groups of friends who like their privacy.
Combining contemporary design and modern facilities in a warm atmosphere, the chalet is just a short walk from the slopes at Place de l'Aravet and the Pontillas area. It can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor (The communal area and the flat part):
- A functional main entrance with a dedicated ski-room for your equipment and full laundry facilities
- An independent flat comprising a bright living room with a double sofa bed (140x190), a television and a dining area
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, etc.)

On the first floor (the chalet's main living area) :
