Family chalet on the Serre-Chevalier estate - La Salle-les-Alpes

In the heart of the magnificent Serre Chevalier ski area, at the exit of the village of La Salle, enjoy this large family chalet.
Located on the edge of the forest with its unobstructed view of the mountains, the chalet Les Carlines will offer you beautiful quiet moments with your family.
The comfortable chalet can accommodate you offering the possibility of 12 beds.
It is located 5 minutes from the ski slopes by car or 10 minutes by free shuttles. The shuttle bus is a 2-minute walk from the chalet.

Composition of the chalet:
On the first floor:
A large games room with board games,
A bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 190.
A small bedroom with a bunk bed of 80 x 190.
A shower room with 2 washing machines.
Separate toilet.

On the 1st floor:
A master suite with a 160 x 200 cm bed, with its bathroom and toilet.

Large living room - dining room and a TV area. Dining room table with 2 extensions (14 people).
A kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, fondue and raclette sets available).


On the 2nd floor: A large bedroom with 3 single beds of 90 x 190 (possibility
to make a bed of 180 x 190)
A large bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 190 (possibility of making one of 180 x 190)
A small bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 190.

At the back of the chalet a large shed with garden equipment and space to store skis.

For your comfort:
-Electric heating and hot water.

-All beds are new and are equipped with duvets.
We can provide you with fitted sheets, duvet cover, pillowcase and bath sheet.
A flat rate on the laundry fee will be required:
- €30 for a complete kit of a bed for 2 people (fitted sheet/duvet cover + bath sheets)
- €20 for a complete kit of a 1 person bed (fitted sheet/duvet cover + bath sheet)

-The cleaning fee includes the complete cleaning of the 240 m2 chalet after your departure and are included in the rental price.
In the case of short stays, the cleaning cost of €200 will be added to the rental price.

We ask you to ensure that the chalet is simply left clean and that the bins are emptied.

- Management of arrival and departure (key collection by the concierge or independent arrival with key box)

- If necessary, snow removal from the parking lot and access to the chalet provided.

Traveller access:
We favour rentals from Sunday to Sunday.
Arrival on Sunday, will allow you to have fewer people on the road on the way to and from and to be able to ski on Saturdays on less crowded slopes.PGJyPg

Briançon SNCF station with shuttle then in the valley. (night train from Paris)
Oulx station in Italy with shuttle then to the valley
Grenoble station with then bus

In summer: Hiking, climbing, via ferrata, rafting, cycling (many mythical passes of the Tour de France), Monetier baths, hut games in the forest,...
