Large modern and comfortable family chalet of 260 m2, located at the exit of the charming village of Villard-Laté and 900 m from the slopes. Facing south, at 1450 m altitude, away from the noise, facing the mountains, this chalet has central heating and two wood burning stoves. From its terrace and rooms, you see the Monetier glacier. The location is ideal for ski lovers, ski touring or for those who prefer walking or sledding (the departure of the road reserved in winter for hikers is located 100 m from the chalet).
