The Cocoonr agency is offering this single-storey house for rent in Bretignolles-sur-Mer, 800 metres from the beach. It has a floor area of 35 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area and a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, a dishwasher, hob and extractor fan…
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside:
– A 15 m² terrace with outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a parasol.
The house is ideally situated in Bretignolles-sur-Mer, on a quiet cul-de-sac. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more…
Activities: surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, swimming, boating, Vendée Miniature, Parc des Dunes, etc.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (1 vehicle).
