Just a few minutes from the ocean, this pleasant semi-detached house of 60 m² located in Brétignolles-sur-Mer welcomes you for a relaxing family stay. Ideally situated near beaches and amenities, it can accommodate up to 4 people in a calm and friendly environment.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden for your relaxation moments. The house also has a beautiful 40 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for sharing outdoor meals as well as a sandpit and a gravel pétanque court.
Upon arrival, you will enter a bright veranda, a true asset of the house. With its large table and view of the outside, this welcoming space is perfect for sharing meals or gathering as a family. You will then access the warm living area, comprising a comfortable corner sofa, a television and a pellet stove that brings a pleasant atmosphere during cooler evenings. A dining area with a table that can accommodate 4 people completes this space. The open-plan American kitchen, modern and functional, is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, two filter coffee makers and a Tassimo, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as if you were at home.
On the night side, the house has 2 comfortable bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190)
A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete the accommodation.
A parking space is available directly on the plot just in front of the house.
For greater comfort during your stay, the accommodation also provides you with a table tennis table, a washing machine as well as equipment for the youngest: a travel cot, a high chair and a pushchair.
